The partnership

A partner, not a lender.

A bank gets repaid whether your clinic thrives or struggles. We only do well when your practice does. That changes every decision we make.

You bring

  • Your medicine
  • Your license and name
  • Time with patients

Addilion brings

  • The capital
  • The whole team
  • The business side

Result: a practice you own, opened for $0

Three ways to practice. One gives you both.

The ease of a job and the ownership of a practice usually don’t come together. Here’s where each route leaves you.

Who puts in what.

The simplest way to see the partnership: two columns, and the bottom line.

Addilion puts in

  • Capital for the space, build-out and equipment
  • Running costs while the clinic grows
  • Your team: hiring, training and payroll
  • Digital profile optimization and bookings
  • Billing, insurance and the books
  • Arrangements with theaters and medical labs

You put in

  • Your medicine and your judgment
  • Your license and your name on the door
  • Your time with patients
  • A say in the big decisions

Cash from you to open the clinic$0

How we earn: when you do.

There’s no loan for us to collect interest on. Our return depends on the clinic doing well, which is why we work on whatever holds it back, from staffing to marketing to costs.

The exact terms are set out in writing during the planning step, so you can review them, with your own advisor if you like, before you commit.

Your protections, built in.

What stays true in every Addilion partnership.

  • The practice is yours

It carries your name and your patients. You’re the owner, not an employee.

  • Medicine stays with you

Diagnosis and treatment are your decisions alone. We never direct clinical care.

  • No loan in your name

We invest. There’s no debt for you to repay and no personal guarantee.

  • Terms in writing first

You see the full partnership terms on paper before you commit to anything.

  • Review with your own lawyer

Take the terms to your own advisor. We encourage it.

  • A say in your team

We hire and pay your staff, and you have a voice in who joins.

Questions about money and risk

All “Money and risk” questions
Are there fees to apply?

No. Applying and the first planning call are free, with no obligation.

Do I need savings to start?

No. There’s no down payment and no bank loan for you to qualify for. We fund the opening costs.

How is the income shared?

It’s set out in the partnership terms, which you see in writing before you commit. We go through them line by line with you on your first call.

What if the clinic has a slow start?

Your loss is our loss. The investment is ours, not a loan in your name, and our team works on whatever is holding the clinic back, from marketing to staffing to costs.
