Addilion (“we”, “us”) runs addillion.com and helps doctors open and run their own medical practices. For anything about your information, email contact@addillion.com.
02What we collect
When you apply: your name, email, phone number (optional), specialty, career stage, where and when you’d like to open, how you’d like us to contact you, and anything you write in the message box.
When you send a message: your name, email, phone number (optional), the topic and your message.
With each form: the IP address it was sent from, which we keep to stop spam and abuse. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
03What stays on your device
Your browser stores a few settings for you: your light or dark theme, and an unfinished application so you don’t lose it if you leave the page. These stay on your device. We only receive your application when you press send.
We don’t use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels.
04How we use it
- To reply to your application or message and book a call if you want one.
- To understand your plans and prepare a possible partnership, at your request.
- To keep our forms safe from spam and misuse.
05Where it’s kept
Form submissions are stored in a database with our hosting provider and sent to our team mailbox. Access is limited to the people at Addilion who need it to reply to you.
07How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to talk with you about a partnership, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
08Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email contact@addillion.com and we’ll respond promptly.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
09Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions about this notice are welcome on our contact page.
